Accelerating Growth with Experience and Capital

“Bikeshift has grown into a professional partner for major delivery companies looking to efficiently organize their flexible workforce,” says CEO Lodewijk van Nooten. “With Rob as an investor, we’re not only bringing in capital, but also years of experience and strategic insight. This puts us in a stronger position to take technological steps forward and prepare for international expansion.”

Creating Value with Social Impact

For Rob de Laat, joining Bikeshift was a logical step:
“The demand for professionally organized flexible labor is growing rapidly, especially in the delivery sector. Bikeshift plays a key role in this with a data-driven approach and smart technological tools. At the same time, I’m drawn to the company’s social mission. Bikeshift offers work to students, refugees and people re-entering the job market—while acting as a responsible employer. That’s exactly the kind of business I want to support.”

Bikeshift’s management remains in the hands of CEO Lodewijk van Nooten. Rob de Laat will continue his involvement as an advisor to the board and management.
