This month we are putting Marcelino in the spotlight. He has been active through Bikeshift for more than a year and works diligently at Thuisbezorgd. Marcelino is meticulous, helpful and always willing to learn. Self-reflection and commitment are paramount to him and that is exactly why we put him in the spotlight this month!
When Marcelino applied to Bikeshift, the onboarding process went smoothly. "I didn't have any problems with anything. Everything was quickly arranged and clearly communicated." He has since enjoyed driving orders around for Thuisbezorgd for over a year.
His workday always begins with good preparation. "I make sure everything is ready: food, power bank, clothes. And, of course, I start on time." Marcelino delivers meals as quickly and efficiently as possible with attention to the customer and the condition of the order.
What Marcelino appreciates about Bikeshift is the communication and good facilities. "There is always clarity and everything is neatly arranged. That just makes the work nice. I would without a doubt recommend it to friends or acquaintances."
Points of improvement? He can't say anything about that at the moment. “I have nothing to complain about,” he says with a laugh.
