Every month at Bikeshift, we highlight a rider who goes the extra mile. This time, the honor goes to Najib, a dedicated and energetic courier from Leiden. Since October 2024, Najib has been part of the team and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Time to meet our Rider of the Month!
Najib is a true go-getter always on the move and focused on doing his job well. “I have a passion for staying active,” he says. “And I enjoy the freedom that comes with cycling through the city.” That combination makes courier work the perfect fit for him.

Najib starts every shift well-prepared. “I make sure my power bank is charged, my gear is ready, and I’m good to go.” During his shifts, he focuses on punctuality, safety, and service quality. “I try to maintain a steady pace and always follow the traffic rules. That’s where you can really make a difference.”
Najib delivers for Thuisbezorgd via Bikeshift, and he’s enjoying it. “It’s satisfying to deliver meals on time and with care. Happy customers give me energy.”
