"After experience in various industries including recruitment, I found my niche at Bikeshift almost 3 years ago. What started as a role in sales and marketing has grown into my current position as operations manager. A great position where I get to guide young professionals in their work to recruit and select new riders and candidates for positions for our clients. A young team needs direction and that is exactly what makes my job so fascinating.
Over the past year, Bikeshift has undergone impressive development. With new, well-trained colleagues, we have really professionalised and grown as a specialist in the logistics labour market.
