"Although I have only been working at Bikeshift for two months, it feels like I have been there much longer. My role is twofold: on the one hand, I will work with the back office to modernise the financial processes so that our riders are always paid on time and correctly. On the other hand, I will help develop the team. It's a young team, hugely committed to their work. Sometimes you have to stimulate such a team, sometimes slow them down - those professional ripples are part of the job. Soon we will start training courses on mutual feedback and customer advice.
