The Hague/Amsterdam 19 October 2022 - Bikeshift and Gorillas have renewed their partnership with Bikeshift being the preferred supplier in the Netherlands for recruiting and selecting new bicycle couriers. Both companies specialise in last-mile delivery where daily groceries are delivered sustainably by bicycle couriers in inner cities. The demand for motivated 'riders' continues as more and more companies look for green delivery solutions.

Bikeshift and Gorillas have grown considerably and aligned their internal organisations. As a result, scheduling riders at peak times has been organised more efficiently.

Lodewijk van Nooten, founder of Bikeshift is proud of the cooperation with Gorillas: "After two years of working with Gorillas, we have now signed an exclusive preferred supplier agreement where we recruit new riders for Gorillas throughout the Netherlands. Consumers and businesses need fast deliveries at specific times. The smart organisation of staff schedules is then essential. We have invested in this together, making us ready for autumn, traditionally the busiest period of the year."

Anastasia Dellis, General Manager Gorillas Netherlands: "We are very proud that Bikeshift is helping us as a regular partner in recruiting riders, who are the beating heart of our organisation. Especially in the complex job market, it is reassuring to work with a partner where riders, like Gorillas, come first, and who shares these values with us."
